I COULD EAT THE WHOLE THING!!! #cookiemonster
Serving : 36 bite size cookies
Prep : 15 mins / Bake : 10-12 mins / Total : 25 mins
Oreo cookies are the best thing after Oreo Cheesecake (In my personal opinion Haha). But in all honesty they are pretty darn good!!! Super simple and fast to make. Double this recipe and freeze half for thoses late night cravings. You can just take the frozen cookie dough balls straight from the freezer to the oven and in 10-12 mins you have a warm & fresh batch of Oreo cookies. What else could you ask for??? #Yourwelcome
Instructions
1- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2- Separate cream from Oreo cookies then add the cream to the butter and microwave for 30 seconds
3- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat butter and sugars until well-blended and fluffy in texture.
4- Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. 5- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
6- Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
7-Add the chopped up Oreo cookies and the chopped Cookies & Cream Hershey bars
8- Make small balls with the batter and place on baking tray.
9-Bake about 11-12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden around the edges. Cookies will be initially puffy when taken out from oven and will flatten after they cool!!! So don’t worry.
