Vanilla Whipped Cream Topping

This whipped topping can be used on nearly every dessert you can think of!! cakes, pies, doughnuts, puddings and the list goes on! It takes 5 mins and you will have yourself a fresh creamy topping!

Prep : 5 mins /Chill : 10 mins / Total : 15 mins

Serving : 3 cups

Ingredients

3 cups heavy or whipping cream(COLD)
5 Tbs. granulated sugar
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Making Whipped cream by hand!

Instructions

  1. Pour the heavy cream into the bowl and whisk on medium-high speed until it just starts to . thicken.
  2. Slow the speed down to medium and gradually pour in the sugar.
  3. Continue to whisk until soft peaks form.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and continue to whisk by hand until the cream is smooth, and stiff peaks form (the cream will stand up straight when the whisk is raised).
