
Brownies + Cookies = Brookie Cookies and they are AMAZING!!!It is as simple as making your favorite chocolate chips cookie dough and brownie mix or chocolate cookie dough then squashing them together and VOILA!!!!! Ingredients
Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cornstarch
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Brownie Cookies:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
½ Milk chocolate bar, chopped
Instructions
- For the cookie dough: combine the butter and sugars and mix until creamy.
- Add the vanilla and eggs and combined fully.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Finally add the chocolate chips then put in the fridge while you make the brownie cookie dough
- For the brownie cookie dough: in a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Add to the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375-degree F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the cookie dough from the fridge/freezer and for small or medium balls.
- Take one cookie dough ball and one brownie dough ball and press together gently to form one larger dough ball. Place on parchment paper.
- Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
